Initial setup
Leo and Roman arrived on Friday May9 to a yard landscaped with primarily bark, pea gravel which had been taken over by weeds. They trimmed all bushes, pulled weeds from yard and between the iris planted all along my fence. They removed old bark and spread all new cedar nuggets. In an area where a garden shed had been removed they laid pea gravel as requested and just generally made everything beautiful. All old materials were removed and there was no evidence of all the hard work except a beautiful yard. I have a maintenance contract with them and look forward to the way I know they will keep everything looking wonderful. So grateful ☺️ for a job well done!!
Garden Oasis
This project was phase II of creating my garden oasis. I met with 2 landscape design firms, and quickly decided on Simple Lawns after meeting with David Aspidov. Unlike the other landscapers, David really listened to all my wishes and concerns in helping create a dream backyard. I told him that there’s a spot that gets too much sun, and he suggested a Bubbler-Fountain system. I said I loved Rhododendrons, but they get too large. He suggested a “dwarf” variety. After the design was finalized, the Project Manager, Igor, along with Ricardo and his assistant came in and implemented my dream backyard. They sought my input on plant placement, etc. every step of the way. They even made improvements to my sprinkler system, that a previous landscaper had installed haphazardly. They replaced the sod, after first amending the soil beneath it. They planted 22 different bushes/flowers, installed a rock pillar Bubbler-Fountain, and a stone walking path leading from the front gate to the back lawn. Simple Lawns is an amazing crew to work with. They have extensive gardening knowledge, and, in the end—they exceeded all my expectations.

What a great company! We worked with Eduardo. What a nice guy. Such a hard worker. He listened and asked questions of what we wanted. Couldn't ask for better service. Even my neighbors asked for their number. The property looks fantastic.
