We had a good experience with Simple Lawns. After getting a few quotes I just felt like they were the most knowledgeable and made me feel confident. The owner is very responsive as well. I appreciated that they also could get the job done for our backyard in 2 days! Insane!

Thank you, Simple Lawns, for making the process so easy. The price quote was fair. You were able to get us on your calendar quickly. Your workers were professional and knowledgeable about both sprinkler systems and putting in new sod. They were also able to create my vision of a dry riverbed even better than I could have imagined. They were polite and friendly, worked hard and every day cleaned up after themselves, sweeping and hosing down the street and driveway. We were so pleased with them that we are now going to use them to complete the landscaping by delivering and planting trees in our new backyard. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape company!
Thank you, Dale and Stephanie

We had Simple Lawns landscape a portion of our backyard and it looks amazing! We had two fairly vague requirements, make it look nice and leave room for a vegetable garden, and they did a truly wonderful job. Both David and Eddie were knowledgeable about what plants and features would look best in our yard, were communicative throughout the process, worked within our budget, and were very thorough. We will be hiring them again to finish the rest of the yard

Simple Lawns, did an awesome job cleaning up and fixing things. The lawn was a mess, but they made it look super neat and tidy. Eduardo and his team also did great with the construction work, making everything look good and solid. What’s cool about Simple Lawns is how they keep you in the loop and sort out any issues quickly. If you need someone for your lawn, Simple Lawns, especially with Eduardo, is a solid pick.

Sprinkler problems can show up as dry spots, yellowing spots, uneven watering, or unexplained increases in your water bill. A thorough lawn analysis helps identify whether the issue is caused by damaged components, poor water distribution, low pressure, or other system problems. Our team is trained and certified to:
Older, outdated irrigation systems often work inefficiently, providing too much water in some areas and not enough in others. This results in a landscape with patchy growth and muddy areas. Additionally, aging systems are often riddled with small leaks that waste hundreds or even thousands of gallons of water each year. A modern, efficient irrigation system customized to the individual needs of your landscape provides you with a naturally healthy landscape that requires less maintenance and work from you. Here are a few benefits of seeking irrigation repair or replacement from the Simple Lawns team.
An initial service fee of $150 will be charged for one-way travel and the first hour at the job. Every additional hour of work will be billed at $75/hr per crew member, plus parts.
Damaged or poorly positioned sprinklers can leave parts of your lawn without proper coverage. We can adjust sprinkler heads and repair or replace components such as pop-up sprinkler heads and other sprinkler equipment. While oscillating sprinklers may work for temporary watering, a properly functioning irrigation system provides more consistent coverage.
Controller and pressure problems can affect your entire irrigation system. We diagnose issues with outdated equipment and can address problems such as an outdated controller, electrical short, or inadequate pressure. When appropriate, a pressure tank upgrade can help improve system performance.
Proper repairs can also improve system efficiency and support water savings by reducing wasted water and improving how each zone operates. We use specialized equipment to troubleshoot irrigation problems and identify issues that may not be immediately visible.
